Within 30 days of receipt of order if for some unfortunate reason you receive a defective unit, please contact us via email or by phone. We will issue you a RGA number. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT A RGA number. We can give you a full refund (less shipping) or we can send you the replacement. (we will pay the shipping).

Non-defective un-used products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with our authorization. A 30% restocking fee (less shipping and handling costs) may be apply to un-used non defective returns. After receiving the return we will judge if he item was used or damaged. If the item was used or damaged by the user we will not replace or made any credits on your return.
After the examination of the product we will issue you a store credit only.

Note: Shipping costs for returned merchandise are the customers responsibility. Credits and refunds to customer credit cards will only be applied upon receipt of returned products. Products returned that have been installed, missing or damaged packaging, open screw hardware packages, and/or missing parts, the item will be return to you without credit. If your return arrives with internal damage you will be notified and you will have the option to file a claim with your carrier or instruct us to return it to you.
